Aim of the project is to create a new cultural Centre of excellence, well established on the country, linked to the local culture but opened to an international audience.
5 actions on the existing building to create a new g-local project in which people can share exceptional music and performing experiences, to improve their knowledge or begin a new career. Start-up, co-working, flexible rehearsal studios and performing areas lie close to an inner public square, an art hotel, leisure
facilities and some Italian café and restaurants.
All that to create a cross between Music and the Emilia-Romagna charm.
